Melrose Golf Club welcomes all membership applications

To apply for membership of the Club, please complete our online application form (below) or download a copy of our Membership Application Form 2023 (PDF, 1000 KB) or Social Membership Application Form (PDF, 351 KB) to print out and fill in on paper.

If you choose to use the downloaded form, please complete and return it to our Membership Secretary at the clubhouse address below.

Please do not enclose any payment with the form.

The Membership Secretary will then place your application before the General Committee for approval. Once your application has been approved, the Membership Secretary will contact you to let you know and arrange payment of your subscription.

Please note:

We offer monthly payment options on most subscription categories. See Subscription Rates, below.
Once accepted, your subscription (or the prescribed instalment) will be requested to be paid within one month from the date of admission. Failure to do so may result in the approval of your application being declared void.
If you choose to pay by monthly instalment, payment will be requested by monthly Bank Standing Order. For further information on instalment payments, please contact our Membership Secretary.
